"I thought that they deserved a fair score, I was able to check right when I got into town for a small fee, but was happy with that service and thought the place wasn’t without its charm, the beds were comfortable and the location was great easy to walk to train stations."

"The blackout curtains were incredible. I thought the sun hadn’t come up yet only to find when I pulled up the blinds, the sun was very much out and shining brightly. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but the bed was actually comfortable and I slept great. Only complaint was there isn’t a real table in the room (too small) so not a lot of places to set things down. Also no hooks to hang things. But honestly the bed makes up for it. Love pool and walkable area close to lots of cute things."

"We were given perhaps the worst room in the hotel (small, with a mini window and humidity smelling). We complained to find out that there were much better rooms in the same floor 2 doors away. Why would the front desk do this to a guest? Also be ready for wind shaft. The windows are not sealed and air flows through specially on windy nights."

"Our 2 queen room was not the one pictured on the website. It was in the back building up a flight of stairs that you had to drag your suitcase up yourself (no elevator access). The room was very small. They had stuffed 2 queen size beds that touched the side walls with a single night stand between them. There was less that 18 inches of clearance at the foot of the beds and the desk/chest of doors and frig on that wall. It was an old room with no closet so they had a wardrobe in the corner. There was not enough room to open the door of the wardrobe more than about 15 inches so you had to wedge yourself into the corner and reach in the 15 inch crack. There was no luggage rack and minimal floor space so we had to put 1 suitcase on the desk and 1 on the chest of doors. The light switch for the bathroom was behind the door so you had to go into the room, close the door and feel along the wall in the dark. There was a timer on the bathroom light and it turned off the light every time in the middle of my shower. There was little space in the bathroom for toiletries and only 1 hook for towels. Whoever designed the room did not actually stay in it as the problems would have become readily apparent. They should have charged us a lot less than what they charged for the room pictured on the website."
