“The cabin is cozy and sweet- we have a dog and small family and wanted to ski at Mt Snow. Cabin is short 20 minute drive to ski. Super cute town of Wilmington just a few minutes away. Go to Dots or Alpen Glow! Shaws grocery 2 minutes away. House has Pottery Barn vibes. Decent sized kitchen sitting and dining area. 2Bedroom 2 bath. This is not a house for a large crew but for a family getaway it was perfect. Street is quiet and residential. Neighbors seem really friendly. We would love to come...

“This home is spectacular, built on a hillside overlooking a pond. Very tastefully built into the landscape. Inside was very well appointed and plenty of room for our family. Three bathrooms was a big plusCould have spent the entire day lookjng out the windows”

“This is a fantastic little property. We stayed here to go to the Brimfield flea market and it was ridiculously close. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and it's got a beautiful view of the lake and a little dock that you can sit on and sip your wine. Gus was absolutely wonderful to work with and there were fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine when we walked in. As well as some nice little treats in the fridge for us. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ”

“Loved the caboose! Had so much fun with my family! Plenty of space. Loved that it had full kitchen, AC and bathroom all inside. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the sitting spaces and the history of the caboose from the past. The location was tucked away and quiet and loved the views of the railroad. Would have been more ideal in another section of Palmer but makes sense it was near the Steaming Tender. ”

“Very comfortable beds! This property is what you would expect from a cottage in Vermont, but there's so much more! We were surprised by the very well equipped kitchen and the vicinity to Woodford State Park also worked out really well for us. Would definitely recommend!”

“Sportsman's Pond and Blueberry Cottage provided the ideal location for disconnecting from the noise and busyness of every day life. The pond was beautifully serene, without outboard motors, jet skis, etc. The fall colors were gorgeous. The hosts provided every sort of watercraft one might want.
