"I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience.
A warm heart and helpfulness.
Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!"
