“Told the front desk our shower and sink drains were filling up Response tells me they won’t do anything about it”

“This house was exactly what we needed! We work 10-12 hour days and need comfortable accommodations when we get off work. It had some of the best beds I’ve ever slept in and lots of hot water! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to just live there for two weeks. ”

“It was clean as it could be for as outdated it is. For the price, expected a lot more. The windows were rotten. The continental breakfast was sugary cereal bar and over ripe bananas. The coffee was terrible.”

“This property is going through transitions with ownership. I called to say we would check in around 9 pm and it sounded like they would cancel our room so we switched our plans arrived at 5:30. Came in to check in and a guest interrupted and said the bedding was dirty & blood on it so they needed another room. We struggled with check in, finally got everything communicated agreed two night stay, got 1 key. Room was clean yet smelled of cigarettes, we were told nonsmoking room. We went to music……

“I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA”
