We were unable to check in. The units appeared that they were being lived in and rented out privately. The walks and parking lot was not plowed or shoveled. No Management was on site and there was no apparent way that they could be reached. There was trash throughout the check-in office which was locked, however we could see through the window to see there was nobody on site and the office itself looked as if it had been vandalized. There was a small out building and on the door said management but when we opened the door it was a room that had an old shopping cart, trash and a row of mailboxes inside.
