“This New Haven property is very nice! The host was fast to respond to all questions. It was a little far from the Hermann wineries but, overall, it was a great stay.”

“I loved our stay even extended it another week. Host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. It is on third floors so there's some stairs. Other than that quiet clean very spacious right on main street.”

“Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. I was worried being 6'2" that the twin size beds were going to have me cramped but there was ample room.Only thing i can say that would make it perfect is if it had a……

“It was a nice place and comfortable and private.Nice deck with plenty of tables (2)and chairs. All was good except the NEST thermostat that kept reverting back to 78, that was a minor issue, and the screen door needs an overhaul.”

“Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay. ”

“ Communication was awesome, check in was easy, and the setting is lovely. In fact, we want to go back sometime for a longer stay. Our only concern is that there are structural issues in this condo. One bathroom door is not able to shut all the way, and the other will not stay open. The kitchen and living room area appear to be sloping downward as you go out to the deck. I hope there’s something they can do to fix it because it really is a nice stay otherwise. ”
