Getting Around:
The condo is easily accessible via paved roads with designated parking.
We recommend a 4x4 vehicle when visiting the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or wet weather conditions.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book.
• Sleeps up to 4 guests.
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel.
• Fireplace is wood burning—please bring your own firewood.
• Coffee maker is a Keurig—please bring your own coffee.
• HOA controls pool operations; outdoor pool typically open Memorial Day–late August. Dates may vary.
• Game room and laundry are coin-operated and located in the clubhouse.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
