Relax by the river

This house is the perfect place for 5 couples to each have their own bedroom and bathrooms. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for a few days visit in Gatlinburg. The listing is very accurate with details and photos of the accommodations. The host, Blake, is quick to answer any questions and is great at communication. House is walking distance to Gatlinburg and having the river outside adds to a relaxing atmosphere. We like this house so much we have stayed here twice and plan to visit again in the future.

Friend reunion

This home was great for 4 couples getting together for a long weekend to catch up. You can grill, sit around the fire pit by the river and everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom for great convenience. The home was very clean and as advertised.

Vacation time

Beautiful home and location. We seen geese ,cranes , mallard duck, and a bald eagle all while sitting on the beautiful decks enjoying our morning. Definitely a great vacation

Relaxing Fishing/Quilting trip.

Blake was good at communicating with me before, during, and after. The house and property was perfect for what we wanted for the week. Fishing was excellent right out the back door. Visited several quilt stores with the wife within 30 miles. Would enjoy visiting again sometime in the future.

Weekend with Friends

We loved the river front location. It was a beautiful view. Addtnl feature everyone liked was the full bath off each of the 5 bedrooms. Close enough to town to walk to dinner, shopping, Anakeesta., etc. We would rent this house again if in Gatlinburg.

This property is exactly as described but the river behind makes this property extra special. 10 adults, plenty of space and proximity to downtown was perfect. Communication with Host, immediately responsive. Will be back!

Convenient Gatlinburg Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg and other activities. One of the reasons we booked was trout fishing. Only drawback was there was not direct access to the river from the property except from the stone wall which worked fine for my teen and myself to scale. Property was well represented in photos, was clean and well maintained, provided excellent instructions for check in and our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and activities in the area and would definitely rebook!

Girl’s Trip 2025

This property is perfectly located to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the two decks that overlook a beautiful creek. The interior was spacious and accommodated my 7 friends and myself with ease. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might want to use for cooking and each drawer was labeled for identification of what was in them. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a group. We definitely will use this place again on a return trip!

Perfect location

Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Beautiful creekside views! Bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was very nice! Large kitchen with tons of counter space. We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

Great Space and Great Location!

My family and I loved this place. There were 10 of us and two little ones and the downstairs area had plenty enough space for all of us to sit and enjoy each other’s company comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and having every bedroom with its own bath was definitely a plus. We loved being right on the river and one of us even did a polar plunge, brrr!!! I can’t say enough about how clean the place was and the location was great. We walked everywhere. We’d definitely stay here again

Rivercation in Gatlinburg a perfect hideaway

This property checks all the boxes including easy walking to Gatlinburg, 5 beds and 5 baths let everyone have their own space, large open family and dining rooms w plenty of seating, very quiet on the river, host was responsive and accommodating to all our communication and requests. Definitely will be a return guest w family.

Lazy river

The home is lovely and close to downtown Gatlinburg. Being able to walk to town was nice since parking is limited and costs $20 everywhere in town. We were there when Hurricane Helena hit the east coast so we had a lot of rain and time in the house! And the porch overlooking the river was where we spent the most time.

Rivercation

The house fit our group great. Plenty of room to move around without stepping on each other. Very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Owner was great to work with. We plan to return to this spot again next year for our get together.

Very Nice!

My team met for a working retreat at this home. Very nice accommodations, clean, well equipped, easy to get in and out. It was nice having bathrooms for each bedroom. Beautiful river view, and yes, there are bears!
