Indeed a nice cozy cabin at Skeikampen
Nice and well equipped cozy cabin to spend time with your family near Skeikampen. It has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven etc. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom. The beds are nice and soft so all good for a nice vacation. Cattle (cows/sheep) are freely roaming the area which make sure you will never feel alone. The Peer Gynt road is a recommended must see. Please note, the area is accessible by a pretty expensive toll road, it cost 60 crowns every time you pass so keep that in mind.

Dejligt sted
Det var en rigtig hyggelig og hjemlig hytte, og det ligger tæt på langrendsspor (for enden af vejen), og 5 minutters kørsel til Skeikampen skiresort. Lækre og gode hvidevarer i køkkenet, hvor der i øvrigt var alt hvad vi havde behov for, og dejligt badeværelse, med en god bruser. Det eneste vi ville sætte en finger på var, at der ikke er mange vinduer i stuen, der er så flot en udsigt, at det er synd man ikke kan se den når man sidder i sofaen, eller ved spisebordet, det gør også, at der bliver lidt mørkt i stuen, fordi belysningen ikke er så god. Men bortset fra det, var alt perfekt. Pænt og meget rent. Yngve er meget hjælpsom og hurtig til at svare. Vh familien Andersen, Danmark

Gemütliche Hütte umgeben von mehreren Nationalparks
Wir haben unseren 3-wöchigen Urlaub in der gemütlichen, sauberen und wirklich sehr gut ausgestatteten Hütte genossen. Zumeist hatten wir schönes und angenehm temperiertes Sommerwetter (15 - 25 Grad), ideal für viele ein- und zweitägige Wandertouren in den umliegenden Nationalparks Rondane, Langsua und Jotunheimen (1 - 2 Stunden Anfahrt) bzw. den weiteren Fjellgebieten Ringebu, Synnfjell und Peer Gynt Rike (15 Minuten bis 1 Stunde Anfahrt). Diverse Wanderkarten liegen in der Hütte aus. Ein Auto ist in jedem Fall erforderlich, nicht zuletzt um günstigere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lillehammer oder Gausdal) als den überteuerten Joker - Supermarkt in Skei anzusteuern oder auch um das sehr empfehlenswerte Freilichtmuseum Maihaugen in Lillehammer zu besuchen. Die Hütte liegt an einem kleinen Bach und wird täglich von Schafen + Lämmern besucht, welche auch vor Ort nächtigen. Für unsere Großstadtkinder ein Riesenspaß - Schäfchenzählen zum Einschlafen in echt :). Yngve ist ein unkomplizierter und erfahrener Gastgeber, der Mailkontakt lief flüssig und klärte alle Themen zum richtigen Zeitpunkt!! Fazit: Wer Lust auf Wandern / Mountainbiken im Fjell hat und eine gemütliche Hütte ohne den in den Alpen oder deutschen Mittelgebirgen üblichen Tourismus-Rummel sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Skifreizeit in Norwegen
Die gut eingerichtete Hütte ist im Feriengebiet Skeikampen, in direkter Nähe zu einem ausgedehnten Loipensystem. Zudem ist der "Hausberg" mit diversen Liften und Abfahrten gut zu erreichen (mit dem Auto circa 10 Minuten). Auch findet jeder dort das nötigste für den täglichen Gebrauch. Zur Hütte: Yngves Hütte ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die vier Schlafräume sind vollkommen ausreichend, die Küche gut ausgerüstet mit großem Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe und Induktionsherd. Der Kontakt zu und die angebotene Hilfen von Yngve waren hervorragend. Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt: Der Ofen im Wohnbereich erfordert etwas Übung im Umgang. Auch hier stand Yngve beratend zur Seite.

Die Familienhütte ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub braucht. Wir haben die Tage in Skeikampen sehr genossen, die Ruhe und das schöne Wetter waren einfach traumhaft.
