Liked that it was clean and well kept. Appreciated the attention to extras. There were no closets or chest for stuff. We felt disappointed in the area. The picture of property made it look like it was Down by Ferris wheel and winery. The property was good but surrounded by rundown trailers and junk.

Nice place!
We've been visiting Geneva for 8 years and it's easily one of the best properties we've stayed on. Great location, spacious yard, and a really nice interior. I was worried about the window AC but they worked great! My only complaint was the best was a bit uncomfortable, but that kind of thing happens with vacation rentals. It wasn't terrible. Overall a really great stay!

Cozy and great location!
Loved this little cottage! Its far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough we walked there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Downstairs bed was comfy! Hubby and I slept in separate beds since we are used to a king but we expected that so had no problem with it. He said he didn’t sleep well in the upstairs bed but I can’t personally speak to it. Owners are so nice!! She met us there to show us around which was great and communication prior to stay was outstanding. She even recognized our anniversary which was such a thoughtful touch. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

This cottage is a beautiful property. Bill and Shelli met us upon arrival and gave us great tips and suggestions for our 2 day stay. The place felt like home. Everything we needed was available for us. It is within walking distance to the strip but located in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this again. Memories were made!

Quaint cottage and ideal location
We stayed at Shelli & Bill’s property last summer and very much enjoyed it. Our son asked if we could come back this summer for his birthday and stay at the same cottage. This time we also brought our cousin’s son, so we had two 8-year-olds with us. Just as last year, the cottage was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for visiting the strip, numerous beaches, and old downtown Ashtabula. We will likely stay again next year, because it’s just perfect for us!

We loved the house and yard and fire pit ! The only thing was it was about a 15 min walk to town which we knew that going in but my friend had just hurt her back and couldn’t walk far so we ended up staying at the house. But all was good because it was more about just being together with my long time friends. Thank you 😊

Geneva Weekend Away
Very cute cottage. Perfect location to hit up both the wineries and the strip. Great for our group of four, but might be tight for any more than that. The ceiling upstairs in the second bedroom is definitely low, but the main floor is great! Beautifully kept property and had all the basics!

Winery Getaway in Geneva
This cottage was a great place to stay for my wife and I on an extended weekend getaway to relax and enjoy the wineries in Geneva. Bill and Shelli are great hosts and their cottage was very clean well suited for our needs. It is located near the strip on Geneva on the Lake and short drives to the wineries. This is a great place to stay and would stay again if available for another trip. Thanks for the great time and accomodations!

Nice little place, friendly hosts, good location
Hosts were friendly and setup a tiny camp chair for our toddler which was nice. Property has a nice firepit and backs up to woods so you can find some sticks. Plenty of room if you want to bring some cornhole boards. Pretty close to the strip. Decent walk to get to the good stuff in the middle. First day we walked from house, 2nd day just drove down and parked on the strip. Has a keurig, dont think that was mentioned in Ad. Would be nice if bathroom sink had more counter for getting ready in morning. Low ceilings on the upstairs bedroom, my head touched celing and im 5'8 so might be hard on tall people. I think would be ideal for 4-5 people max. Worked very nicely for our family of 3.

Memorial Day Weekend Fun!
We had a wonderful time! The cottage was extremely clean. The bed AND pillows were very comfy! I find pillows often are not at rentals. The backyard was great for relaxing and evening campfire. My only suggestion would be to provide a grill. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Impeccably clean and well maintained
This was a very clean and well maintained cozy cottage. Shelli was friendly and welcoming upon check-in. It was the perfect size for my husband, son, and myself. If you are particular about your shower experience, as I am, the water pressure was excellent and the shower was very comfortable. My son insists that we stay here at our next trip to GOTL, instead of staying at a hotel. ;-)

PERFECT!
This cottage is in the perfect location. Close enough to the strip but still far enough away to not hear all the noise. It was SUPER clean and well stocked/decorated. 6 girls fit comfortably and there was ample parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute home to stay in! It was clean and is located on a quiet street that is not far from the main drag with restaurants and shopping. Communicating with the host was very easy as well! I was disappointed that there was a Keurig but no k-cups provided to use it. Also, the top floor has a very low ceiling. I am about 5’2” so I was fine but my friends who were taller than 5’5” had to crouch to walk around upstairs. My taller friends slept in the downstairs bedroom.

The house is with in walking distance from the main strip of geneva on the lake. But far enough away that we were not bothered by all the loud traffic and partying from the bars. When we wanted quieter time. The house was very clean and tidy. The house is smaller, but feels big on the ground floor. And the upstairs is huge and is the hole length of the house. It has a full size bed or a queen. And 2 futons. Upstairs and a full or queen size bed downstairs in the single bedroom.
