“This is my Colorado mountain dream home! What a lovely home tucked away in the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. ”

“Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!”

“Amazing property in every way! Everything about our stay here was top-notch. Check-in was a breeze, the house itself is incredible (I can't say enough about how beautiful and comfortable it is), and the location is great. Property managers were easy to reach and had an incredible turnaround time. The yard alone is a sanctuary for peace and tranquility. Probably the best rental property that our family has stayed at...ever! Highly recommend, 10 stars. ”

“Great facility, walking distance from River Run. NO ski locker key. Several electrical outlets were not working and the outlets are very old, charging cubes wouldn’t stay in. Noisy family above us, rooms are not very sound proof.”

“We had a wonderful experience. We have used VRBO for many, many years, and this was one of our best times yet. Jessica was an excellent host. She was quick to answer any inquiries I had. The house was very roomy, and we could all be together or find space for solitude as well. The pool and hot tub were a perfect get away to relax after a fun day. This is a perfect 10 out of 10. “Property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. It is one stop light from the resort. we had a non-skier in our group that did the drop-off and pick up daily which made it very convenient. You are probably 2 minutes by car from the resort and 8 minutes to the Safeway grocery store. Cabin was warm (not drafty / old) nice modern appliances. We fit a 4 dr Ranger pickup in the garage and a suburban in the driveway and it fit perfect. Host was responsive. Very easy house to settle……

“Everything was amazing. Kitchen very well appointed. Extremely clean throughout with ample linens. All equipment was easy to use and of course the scenery outdoors was so relaxing. Host was great as well. Answered all our questions prior to check in. Great experience and have shared listing with others coming out to Red Rocks.”

“Beautiful property inside and out. We enjoyed every part of our stay here. We finished a couple of puzzles and played some cards. It was the perfect ground zero for our adventures which included a concert at Red Rocks and some hiking. Idaho Springs was a wonderful bonus!”
