“Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking.
Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough.
One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit……

“Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage.
One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but the menu sounded……

“Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. “Mein Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Was ich allerdings so nicht mehr kenne aus anderen Hotels ist, dass jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt werden, obwohl ich sie aufgehängt hatte. Das fand ich etwas verschwenderisch.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und es gab auch Abwechslung. Allerdings wurde das Obst in den Obstschalen teilweise nicht ausgetauscht, sodass nach ein paar Tagen einige Orangen, unter Äpfeln begraben, zu schimmeln begonnen. Auch die……

“Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und haben einen Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Es stimmt, was in anderen Bewertungen steht, dass unten auf dem Platz Markt ist und morgens sehr früh aufgebaut wird , ich fand das aber eine sehr schöne Geräuschkulisse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, hier sollte jeder etwas finden. Es gab auch vegane Milch. Auf dem Dach ist ein winziger Pool, aber ganz nett , wenn man noch mal draußen sitzen möchte.”
