"Great beachfront property to entertain a large group. BBQ pit and boiling pot/burner were both a plus as an amenity. Large common area and TV with a nice porch beach view. Extra refrigerator and freezer downstairs to chill drinks."

"The camp was located prefect with a nice front porch. The front part of camp was nice enough but the back part of camp was musky smelling with very dirty a/c’s but they worked great (just needs good cleaning). The washer did not work, management center repair man to fix it, but he was unable to. If you know what a beach, you definitely need a washer to get the sand out of your clothes and to have a clean towel each night which wasn’t the case here thank goodness we brought a lot of beach towels."

"Perfect location on Grand Isle. We really enjoyed the beach getaway. It had everything we needed and more. Great access and views of the beach. Plenty of room to socialize on the decks or underneath. The rear area is shaded by the afternoon sun so we were able to stay outside and enjoy the coastal breezes and views of the ocean."

"Loved staying at this camp for a little spring break getaway. Everything about this stay was perfect. The dock is super cute, the bathrooms & showers are great (they aren’t listed in the photos so I was worried about them, but they are perfect), and they have so many essentials for people to use. Never did we need to buy towels, sunscreen, chargers, or even something as random as hats. There’s even a cute barn that is the 4th bedroom & 4th bathroom to the camp. Definitely want to stay here...

"Our stay was interrupted by a busted water pipe on our second day. The realty company was unable to locate a plumber to fix it and offered only one option to move to another camp which wasn’t on the beach and a duplex. We had 11 people with us and A LOT to load and unload so we roughed it with having to turn the main water balance on and off onshore only. Disappointed in the realty company and hoping to get a refund for the two days we were unconvinced. "

"The house is beautiful but quirky. No or little insulation so you hear all road noise in bedrooms since rooms are closer to street. Hot water is not very hot. It’s ok but could be better. The hurricane shutters on porch/deck were still latched closed as if in a hurricane so outdoor light and view limited to glass doors which were dirty. Hurricane season is well over and should be opened. Also - NO internet however they Smart TVs. Absolutely insane. Moved sofa to plug in laptop charge - there was...
