Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda. All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!

The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .

It was great! Full of quirky, fun things, lots of snacks/drinks available, plus a great breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the pillow shams, and black pubic hairs in the bed. We left within about 20 minutes and never stayed the night. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to authorize a refund through Expedia, claiming we “used the room.” That was extremely disappointing given the condition of the room.
