There are only charging outlets on one side of the bed which is not ideal. The elevator has a terrible lag and felt like it could give out at any time. Staff was not as friendly as before. My husband and I used to stay here years ago and we decided to stay here because they are pet friendly. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles and a helpful demeanor. Not just the reservation staff but ALL the staff. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel where the staff was as friendly as here. The hotel has undergone some upgrades and felt clean even in the hallways. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were offered fresh coffee when we arrived and for breakfast. I would most certainly recommend this hotel.
