Ideally located, it is close to the village and a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Port Mélite. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fitted open kitchen, a bedroom (one queen-size bed), a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with three single beds (90x200cm), and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom. The outdoor space will allow you to fully enjoy meals with family and friends, with its garden and terrace. Housekeeping and linens are not included in the rental price; they can be added as an option in your request. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Linen costs : 20.0 € Per bed per stay . Cleaning fees : 80.0 € Per stay Property managed by a professional. Petit jardin clos sur l’arrière avec tout les équipements pour l’été . Il manquerait un sèche-linge ( nous y étions durant les vacances de la Toussaint) et éventuellement des gamelles pour les chiens . et les matelas des grands lit sont un peu trop mous .
