“Wonderful hot tub! Clean, well kept apartment. There was a problem with water but it was sorted out immediately, very impressive as it was Christmas Eve! Having a washing machine was such a bonus. The location was excellent, everything we needed was close. We would recommend staying here and plan to return. We felt totally relaxed when we left! Evenings in the tub, under the stars, brilliant!”

“The base rate for this hotel room is set for 7 guests. When searching on hotels.com, it is configured for 2 guests by default, and if you book the room under this setting, the hotel manager will be informed of the reservation as being for 2 guests. We visited with 5 people, but the hotel manager demanded an additional fee of 150 euros. Although I raised an issue about this, they ultimately threatened to withhold bedding unless we paid, so we ended up paying 100 euros. This is akin to me booking……

"There was a cockroach at the door of the room when we first checked in. The rooftop pool was amazing but it was always very crowded. The hotel lacks security as anyone seem to be able to access the rooftop pool and can go to any floor without swiping their own room card. The rooms were specious and bed was comfortable."
