“Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. “The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!”
