Weekend getaways in Avanos

Lovely. The room was wonderful, the staff was excellent, the Turkish Breakfast was fantastic every day (more than we could eat). The best part was the morning balloons, which we watched from the terrace at Fairy Tale Suites. The owner was very helpful with everything and even though there was no safe in the room, it felt very secure. The area is less crowded than Goreme, but just a few minutes drive from everything. This cave hotel is newly available. Everything is brand new. I enjoy how clean the facility is. I like how natural light comes in through a peep hole on top of the entry door. The bathroom has a towel warmer rack and a nice shower head.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in our cozy room. Naz was an attentive host who gave us many tips on what to see. A highlight, as others have said, was the delicious breakfast each morning, including homemade goods from Naz's mom. This small four-room hotel feels like staying at home.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was amazing - fresh and newer. Breakfast was good. It’s only a short ride from Goreme and any tours can pick you up at the hotel (balloons, sightseeing). I would definitely come back!

Very kind host. We spent two nights over there. Perfect location at the rooftop for hot air balloon spotting. Cavusin is very close to Goreme but not as crowded. Recommended!

this is more than you would expect and not a typical cave hotel which are normally kind of depressive with low ceilings. Room was really spacious. Staff were more than helpful. Owners are also very nice people and caring a lot. View from the terrace is amazing would definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable. Good mattresses and sheets. Great views from rooftop terrace, Nice breakfast on rooftop terrace watching the balloons. Mainly, though the great friendly staff. Helpful, competent and very cordial. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be a little away from the tourist traps and in the heart of great natural wonders, while being treated to some high level hospitality.

The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.
