“Flew in from East coast for wedding. Campbell was a perfect location for all the planned wedding activities from CupertinoSaratogaLos Gatos SanJose airport Santa Cruz beaches and boardwalk. We believe we were the first guests and the house was a show house. Basic ammenities but comfortable and safe for me and my 4 daughters 2430yo. Communication with Will was timely and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay.”

“My family drove down to spend Thanksgiving and the home was perfect. The check in process could not be any easier and the home is beautiful. We ordered a premade turkey dinner that needed to be heated, and every possible plate, pot and utensil was available we needed for nothing. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were well stocked. Also, the neighborhood is nice and central to everything. We had such a great stay I highly recommend this place!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.The pool & hot tub made it excellent!! It’s located on a corner lot, with a nice privacy fence. We had dinner on the patio every night. The neighborhood was quiet. Our beds were comfortable. Good sheets. Great space. Communicative host. Easy check-in & out. Would stay again. ”

“Small glitch at check-in as our code did not work. We arrived late after a long day of travel to find we couldn’t get in. Host did not answer messages so we headed to a hotel for the night, but he called right before we booked multiple hotel rooms. So crisis was avoided and he was very apologetic. Property was perfect for 3 couples and my mother in town for a wedding. Beautiful property-would highly recommmend.”

“The townhome was comfortable and cozy for 5 of us, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The location was great, mainly because it was close to my Dad's house, where we were celebrating Thanksgiving. It was also very close to a Safeway, which was great for buying groceries. Mostly quiet, although we heard some faint voices at night from the Master bedroom. It would have been tight to try to fix Thanksgiving dinner in the small kitchen and there is only dining room seating for 4, but it worked for us,...
