“Flew in from East coast for wedding. Campbell was a perfect location for all the planned wedding activities from CupertinoSaratogaLos Gatos SanJose airport Santa Cruz beaches and boardwalk. We believe we were the first guests and the house was a show house. Basic ammenities but comfortable and safe for me and my 4 daughters 2430yo. Communication with Will was timely and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay.”

“House was dirty and had cockroaches, there were drain flys in all the showers and sink, the coffee maker had dead bugs in the water. Towels were not very clean looking, extremely dirty under couches very little or no dishes described. ”

It was not as well stocked as we are accustomed to - only one dishwasher tablet, no hot water in the bathroom lavatory in the bathroom on the fist floor, out door television didn't work, shortage of towels, no extra sheets. It just needs more TLC and attention to details. ”

“Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops. ”
