It's a good location near Mt. Sunapee and close to Sunapee harbor. Hotel has an indoor pool, which we did not use.
Be prepared to check in using your phone because there is no one is going to greet you at reception. There is a phone you can pick up and call customer service if you can't figure out how to check out on your phone.
