“The property is much improved from when I visited about six years ago. My room was directly facing the ocean. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They now have a coffee shop next door, which is very convenient. I visited in April, too early for beach walking unless you have a parka, but it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf.”

“Room was very small right on busy sidewalk area ( noisy)open gap around the door with bad draft very chilly. Had to wear clothing to bed. Plumbing didn't drain ! Shower overflowed into room . No-one around seeing receptionist called the morning of check -in and wasn't going to be there so had a key locked in a key holder on the door with code to retrieve and instructed to leave unlocked door with key inside room. Hotel room in my opinion should not of been rented do to outstanding……

“The hotel is located well and near to the Hampton beach. The room is clean and easy to reach parking lot. The services is good, especially the receptionist, Joe who is very helpful and nice to offer wonderful customer services. We definately will come back and stay in the future trip.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, but spotless and had everything we needed. Assigned a parking spot just for us which was very helpful. We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. ”

“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you……

“I paid for a King Standard and got a queen size mattress (2 pillows across) width, had to pay a resort fee and the pool was not even open and there was no valet. What was the resort fee for? And there was construction very loud. The construction and closed pool should have been advertised. I won't go back”

“Nothing great. Basic accommodations. Ok for one night sleep. ”

“Did not have a view of the beach. Parking was a block and a half away and too crowded to try and fit you car in and out!”

“Front desk clerk tried to be helpful. 2 people came in and interrupted our check in. One was a person complaining. The room we were assigned smelled like smoke, was unlocked when we got there and the smoke alarm was dismantled. My daughter and I felt unsafe”
