“Room was very small right on busy sidewalk area ( noisy)open gap around the door with bad draft very chilly. Had to wear clothing to bed. Plumbing didn't drain ! Shower overflowed into room . No-one around seeing receptionist called the morning of check -in and wasn't going to be there so had a key locked in a key holder on the door with code to retrieve and instructed to leave unlocked door with key inside room. Hotel room in my opinion should not of been rented do to outstanding……

“The hotel is located well and near to the Hampton beach. The room is clean and easy to reach parking lot. The services is good, especially the receptionist, Joe who is very helpful and nice to offer wonderful customer services. We definately will come back and stay in the future trip.”

“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. And they did all this without telling or asking us first. The photos on the website come from multiple different locations. And you don’t know wich location you……

We were here for an event at Wally's across the street. The Kitterey outlets are a 20 minute drive. Could not ask for a better location. Would definitely book again if in the area. ”

“This property is a complete disgrace. I've never left any kind of review anywhere. But this very brief stay required it. We didn't even stay the first of two planned nights. I made a reservation at a nearby Hampton Inn within 20 minutes of being shown our disgusting room. The room was filthy. The beds were filthy. The bathroom was filthy and the shower inoperable. The patio area outside the room was strewn with garbage and dirty. Worst of all the room was not secure at all. The only entrance is……
