We had such a great stay at Ways Motel! Everything was super clean, from our room to the rooftop pool. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool was definitely a favorite—my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to get out! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, and having free on-site parking made everything so easy. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again the next time we’re in the area!

I was on a solo trip to Hampton Beach and I enjoyed my stay. This motel is walking distance to the beach. Within 6 min you can walk to the beach, but if you walk down further about 15 min you can get to the main beach that has bathrooms and is near restaurants and the pavilion. The motel staff was nice and pleasant. There is parking on site that was included in my stay. There is no ice machine, no housekeeping, also there are many rules like no eating in bed, no drinking in the pool, no using towels for makeup, quiet hours from 10p-8am.... I will that the rules are understandable. The rooftop pool is very nice that was the highlight of my stay. There is only one beach umbrella and limited seating, also you need to bring your own pool/beach towel. The bed was pretty comfortable, shower pressure was great, my AC worked perfectly. There is Wifi and a smart tv. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a quick two-night trip from August 26–28, 2026, to celebrate his birthday. We actually stayed here back in 2018, so we were excited to see the changes—and we were pleasantly surprised! The new owners have clearly put a lot of time and effort into updating and freshening up the property and rooms. Our room was very clean and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. We were especially impressed with the four large bath towels (many hotels only provide two), along with two hand towels, two washcloths, and a bath mat. The bathroom was well stocked with hand soap and body wash in convenient pump bottles, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and makeup-remover wipes. I really appreciated the makeup-remover wipes so guests don’t have to use the white washcloths to remove makeup. The room also had a Keurig with coffee pods, cups, and everything we needed to make coffee in the morning. There was a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, which was very convenient. The coat tree was another nice touch and gave us plenty of space to hang our things. The faux plants throughout the room added a cozy, home-like feel. The pool was clean and refreshing, with plenty of tables and lounge chairs around the pool area. Just a heads-up: you’ll want to bring your own towels for both the beach and the pool. Pool is nice, chairs outside room and on pool deck are great to have. The staff and effort were great, just be aware that it is on a very loud corner with a lot of bars around. Air conditioning does work but is VERY loud kicking on and off also.

First time to Hampden Beach, but I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Turns out there are several little "beach motels" in the area, but the Ways Motel provided me with a great value. AK at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, solving a minor issue I was having with a prompt and efficient response. The hotel steps away from the ocean and close to several bars and restaurants. This place should definitely be on your radar screen if you visit the area!
