Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. “Everything was in great condition! While the unit is a smallish studio, using the table and chairs on the lanai made it feel bigger. We also appreciated the induction cooktop, microwave and fridge, and plenty of kitchenware that made it easy living. ”

“Our host Patrick was very responsive to our needs. The condo is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There are lots of beach items available. The configuration of the bedrooms upstairs is a little awkward but doable for people that are not too concerned about absolute privacy. The location is excellent, parking no problem. There is a new washer and dryer. We had a great time.”

“Wonderful place - very well maintained; clean, quiet, and equipped with everything one might need; beautiful view; ideal location within a walking distance from the beach and a major grocery; easy and fast communication with the owner. THANKS!We had an issue with noise from the AC from the unit below during the night because we didn't use the AC and kept the windows and the terrace door open. However, when we asked to turn it off after 10 pm, our neighbor kindly did that. Other guests may not……
