“We had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the pool and had a reserved parking spot so that is always nice. Loved that we didn’t have to rent beach equipment as this condo had plenty to use. I wish the TV would have been in the living space instead of only in the bedroom and the remote for the tv was difficult to use and looked as though it may need to be replaced. Overall we have no complaints about this condo or the host and would rent it……

“The condo needs to be gone through. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The WiFi wasn’t working so the TV wasn’t working. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work. The two lamps in the bedroom were not plugged in and couldn’t be reached. The bathroom louvers are rotted and black. The box in the garage has wires hanging out and is a mess. The screen door is ripped so it does no good to keep it shut. The stove you can’t read any of the numbers so you don’t know how hot your burners are. The outside……

“We really appreciated Erik's flexibility and understanding! We unfortunately had to cancel our trip last minute due to a hurricaine forecast to hit in the middle of our trip. We found that our trip insurance would not cover cancellation unless our flight was cancelled or if we were on the island when the storm hit (which we did not want to risk). When we spoke with Erik, he generously allowed us to keep part of our payment for the stay. We truly appreciate his kindness and hope we can stay at……
