"This is a beautiful property. Pictures don't do it justice. It's clear they take great care in making their apartment unique. The hosts answered our questions extremely promptly and even offered to buy a new coffee machine when the one we were using broke!These aren't criticisms, but just for awareness - the living room set up is a bit challenging to watch TV on a rainy day as most of the seating doesn't face the TV. This is a MINOR inconvenience since it's not why we come to OC, but my kids...

"We were very disappointed with this stay. Before I booked this place I messaged the owner / RE/Max regarding the property details and was given responses that ended up not being accurate. For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password)...

"Great annual family vacay stay in OCMD at this 3 bedroom condo! Convenient to beach on a matted handicapped access beach front which is so helpful when toting lots of things to the beach. Clean condo and had everything we needed. Christine was an excellent communicator and super responsive! Would def. stay again!"

"Very helpful front desk, clean and tidy accommodations. The full size fridge and electric range were also very nice to have. Bed was ok in terms of comfortable. The pull-out couch bed was not comfortable at all. Room service was good. Water pressure in the shower wasnt great but the temperatures control was. The swimming pool was very clean and kept up with daily. The vicinity to the beach was perfect. The only downside was really the fact that all the close restaurants were very sub-par and expensive for what they offered."
