“Completely bare bones, a tiny bit of toilet paper and paper towels. Barely any soap, not enough pans to functionally use the kitchen (there is an oven but no baking sheets). Check in was confusing as they gave us two different door codes with no explanation. It’s owned by some big company so you call a call center. We couldn’t find the parking pass and had five different numbers text me and give different answers. You’re paying for the location, that’s it.”

“Perfect area to stay. There is a pool and a lovely pool area. The porch is very cute and you can walk right out of it to the pool. You are a short walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. This is our 4th year staying in the same condo and absolutely love it. The host is very responsive and helpful.”

“The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities)……
