“The property is unassuming. You can’t see the rental units from the road. But when you open your room door, you find a clean, modern, spacious room with a deck that overlooks the confluence of the Smith River and the Pacific. Egrets, herons, seal lions, pelicans, humming birds, and the sounds of the surf. Truly stunning. And the staff is kind and helpful as well. We were sad to leave! We could have stayed there a week, and we hope so much that we can make it back sometime soon.”

“There were four friends in our 50’s staying in the house and it was perfect for everyone to have their own space and the downstairs was for gathering. The kitchen is very well appointed with just about every gadget and appliance you can think of. The street noise could bother some, but I just turned on some white noise and slept soundly. The beds/ bedding was very comfortable. Centrally located to stores and a coffee shop, with lots of sidewalks for safely walking after dinner. It was a great……
