“Our stay was perfect! We loved waking up to the Mountain View. The accommodations were upscale and super comfortable. We went skiing, snow shoeing, hiking (all within minutes) and also shopped/dined in Salida. Mary Ellen and John were great hosts! Always there for us when we had a question but didn’t see them at all (except for the night they invited us to the lodge-NYE-and served us delicious lobster pizza and cocktails:) Great people, great place. Highly recommend.”

“The property was undergoing renovations, so access to the hotel room with luggage was difficult and parking was in another building, but it was indoors and free. Communications around the pool maintenance was non existent and the man in charge was an idiot.”

“We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!”
