“Great for a family or group of friends, plenty of space in and outside the Cabin.I learned there is a couple ways to get to town but there is no cell signal and your GPS may actually send you down a longer route but Florissant is actually quite close. Cozy Cabin though, plenty of firewood and a fully equipped kitchen.”

“We stayed at one of those tiny homes. It was cute and comfortable for six of us. The only thing is the heater. it got really hot where the queen bed was, but all the other area stayed pretty cold. So some of us were sweating at night but some of us were freezing. Other than that we didn’t have any problems. Had beautiful view of mountains, got to see some deer on the site as well. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay!”

We had several minor maintenance issues that were promptly attended to with friendly service. “The cabin was exactly as the pitures show. It was very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. Fully equiped kitchen just like home. It snowed the day we arrived. The dirt road was covered and alittle sloshy but very passable. It takes a few minutes after you leave the highway to get up the dirt road but well worth the extra time. Thank you for a nice place to stay!”

Note: it is a good 40 min drive to Breckenridge and this property is out in the middle of the mountains that REQUIRES a 4WD in the winter. No “quick trip” to the grocery store. But if you plan ahead, this is absolutely better than staying “in town” and not missing out on all this place offers. We’re planning to go back this summer. “We stayed in a cliffside room. I thought when I made the reservation that it said there were 2 queen beds but they were fulls. There were dead bugs inside the sliding glass door.
