“Rating: 3/5 (6/10) Fitger’s has a classic, historic vibe and the beds were comfortable. The coffee was good too. But for the price, I expected more. Breakfast was only granola bars, which felt disappointing, and the place feels dated in ways that aren’t entirely charming. It’s fine if you want the landmark experience, but I’m not sure what justifies the cost.”

“The property itself was fabulous! We lived our room the bar on the first floor was fun and the rathskeller had great live music the only issue was parking and the area around the hotel was very sketchy”

“Absolutely loved our stay — we’ve definitely found our new go-to place in Duluth! The outdoor fireplace was such a relaxing touch. I spent time sitting outside with my book, people-watching, and soaking in the peaceful sounds of the waves from Lake Superior. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — just steps from everything in Canal Park. We didn’t have to move our car once, which was a huge bonus. Can’t wait to come back and stay again! ”

“Beautiful hotel with convenient stores/restaurants close by. The location of the hotel is not hectic with decent amount of parking. Very clean and spacious rooms and the outdoor lobby is perfect for enjoying with family. This is the very few hotels that offers a hot tub! Overall, great experience and will book here again in the future!”

“Very clean, updated/modern hotel. Loved the larger fridge in the room, option for cooking on the stop and dishwasher. The only negative I would say is breakfast should be offered a later in the morning. It ended at 9:30. Other than that, great stay!”
