Second visit to this property for our stay. We enjoyed it as much as the first time, plenty space to the room and a surprise to see we also had a balcony with our lake view! Appreciated the option to have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and extra bedding at our disposal as well as a robe to use! Quiet space, but welcoming and warm, always seemed to have someone available if we needed something. Connected to restaurants, shops and walkways to see and do other things beyond this lodging. Im certain we will return!

Rooms were clean and well lighted. Good distribution of Charging points and enough pillows to make my sleep experience comfortable. Almost everything was within reach. The Staff were very nice and friendly. I have decided to stay more days. Thank you for the experience.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and quiet, fantastic view from the lakeside. Parking was very convenient. Have stayed before and will again. I did not have any meals there so no comment on that other than it is just a few steps away from my favorite Duluth restaurant, Va Bene.

We wad a wonderful trip to Duluth and Fitger’s was a big part of that. It is in a cool part of Duluth that has a lot of cool things nearby including the Rose Garden and many good restaurants with stunning views. The staff of the hotel was great. Free minivan shuttle to anywhere!

The front desk staff was great at check-in. We found an old, used, large earplug near the side of the bed, and a dried up pasta noodle behind the chair. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff the following morning, the reply was that they would let housekeeping know - nothing else to try to make us feel better about the cleanliness of the room, or a gesture to give us something toward the room rate, anything would have made it less gross.

If you're interested in history, this place has it! We had a room that allowed us a view of Lake Superior, which was beautiful! Our room was clean, and we had everything we needed for our two night stay :-)
