“Pascal greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome from the first point of contact. The drink, canapé and cookies were much appreciated after a long journey. Breakfast was fantastic and prepared beautifully using quality ingredients and the room was very comfortable. Several dining options are within walking distance to suit all budgets and the car park behind the property is very convenient . Pascal was full of local knowledge and tips and we would certainly stay here again if in the area .”

“A lovely place to stay from arrival to departure we really enjoyed our stay , the staff were lovely and catered for all our needs, all the rooms where very clean and tidy , the bed was very comfy, the bathroom perfect and the living room felt like home , the basket was full of lovely items and the fridge full of everything we required , WiFi was very good ,we ate out but the table and chairs , cutlery and glasses provided was perfect for a meal if required.”

“The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break”

“Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!”
