“The location was perfect! It was our home base for about 3 weeks while we searched for a new home in the area. It is also close to all 3 covered bridges, which are awesome! Daniel, the host, was easy to reach and quick with a response every time! Thanks again!”

“I know surprises can be a great thing... but not when it comes to booking a place for your family to stay while on a vacation. With that said, this stay was "beautifully boring" - that is to say, everything was exactly what we were hoping for and expecting. No nasty surprises like mystery stains, broken amenities, or rowdy neighbors. Plenty of towels. There was even a nice little backyard that our kids used to run off a little energy. We were in town for the skate park, which is only about 15……

“Beautiful place. Very clean, neat and tidy. Designed perfectly. I would have guessed professionally decorated. Perfect location with a lot of fun places to visit in the entertainment district across the street. Plenty of places to eat, drink and have fun. We enjoyed the close proximity to Barber Motorsports Park during Indy Car weekend. Had fun all day all night and woke up refreshed everyday. One of our group said he should buy it and move here. ”

“Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.”

“Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. It's pet friendly. Everything was great! What I liked most was the communication was great! Any questions I had she answered immediately, and was very kind. The house was absolutely beautiful and the property was amazing!! We had my son's 16th birthday party here and had kids from 9 to 18 and everyone had something to do from fishing, playing volleyball, walking around, roasting marshmallows, ECT. No one ever said "I'm bored" lol.……

Great family atmosphere! Though located on a busy road, we enjoyed peaceful sleep both nights. This will be our go-to place every time we need to stay in the Birmingham area!”
