“The condo was clean. Some parts of the condo (tub), base boards, light switches etc. were dated, but looked clean and well kept. The punch code to get in was worn and a bit crusty. Overall this was a good stay. A little over priced for no pool, and no elevator, but excellent beach front and a very short walk to the beach. Overall we would stay here again. Beautifully decorated. Decor was very up to date. Also it was nice to have a lower number of occupants as opposed to some of the high rise……

“For what it is, the property is good. It is a bit small and a few things that I would change would be better patio furniture. For the money that it cost to stay there, there really should be better and more comfortable things. Also, and I know this is part of the building, but the back door is very tricky to lock. And lastly and most importantly, you really should get a new top of the line mattress. That’s the dangerous part with renting condos is you never know if the bed is comfortable. This……
