“easy parking great a/c”

“The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town.”

“Website stated breakfast, it wasnt offered. Reserved non-smoking room. The room had a terrible odor. Asked for a refund, didnt get one, left anyway and booked down the road.”

“The hotel in general seems to be in disrepair. The toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall, the A/C was VERY loud and didn’t really work, and the shower head was broken. It was supposed to be smoke free, but you could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom, likely from a vent shared with the neighboring room. The pictures on Expedia are NOT for this hotel. “If you want to get sleep, don’t stay here. Walls are thin. Had a couple in the next room with the TV on all night and at 530am their dogs started barking. When telling the front desk all they said was “we will let the manager know.” For over 200 a night not worth it. ”

“The mattress was not comfortable. We shared our experience with the staff. Hopefully, they will pass the information to Management. ”
