“As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly.
This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. Be aware that it is about 1km from the train station that takes you directly into Tokyo (Shibuya) but you can get a Uber or a bus there quite easily (or...

"Ota is a grate place to stay this hotel has amenities it’s close to the kamata station and 12 min walk from the station that will take you to the airport, I really liked that it has nice pillows. The room has good space, on our floor we had a vending machine and an ice machine. Will stay again for sure."
"The location is grate is really close by to Kamata station, also close to shopping center with donijote and several restaurants, it is 15 min away from the kamata kekiu (airport line).
It does not have a ramp to access the lobby of the hotel you have to go out and down some steps so it is not accessible for wheelchairs and if you have luggage it’s a small hassle. The bed is hard, but the room is very spacious in comparison to most hotels. It’s ok for a short stay."
