My home away home. Convenient location easy access to Haneda Airport. I have tried most of the room types. Rooms with courtyard view have a washing machine and microwave. I like having separate room for shower booth and toilet in these rooms and communal bath is always clean.

Amazing service and location! The staff were helpful and spoke English if needed. There is a private onsen for the guests. The only thing is the entrance is unsuspecting and easy to miss in the dark being that it's just a black door!

We definitely love this hotel the most. It's quiet and not super busy like other hotels in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I'm sure all the guests are pleased with the quality of food and the services. The view from the room and the dinning area are wonderful. We could see the top of Mt. Fuji from the restaurant! I love the big public bath on 29th floor. This hotel is our home hotel for sure when we are in Tokyo. There is also a convenient non-stop transportation bus service from the hotel to Haneda International Airport with a reasonable price. When you have multiple luggages, it really helps not to take trains to get there.

Amazing to have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel directly from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping center/mall which is next to/attached to the train station so it is easy to get around. The selection of restaurants and stores is fine for a few days but may get boring for longer stays. Thankful that they had washing machines.

Good stay in Tokyo

The hotel is in a good location, part of a complex that includes a shopping centre and a train station, and not too far from Haneda Airport. There is an airport bus stop eight at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms are a little larger than a typical Japanese business hotel, so they are comfortable. Get a River View room for a chance to see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. The public bath is a welcome amenity. It is very relaxing. For those unacustomed to a public bath, there is information in the hotel about the dos and donts. The breakfast buffet is not luxurious, but is perfectly adequate. They even provide takeout cups so you can take coffee or tea with you when you leave the dining room.

When I visit Tokyo it’s usually for work. This hotel is close to the office and a lot of local amenities. There is a walking/jogging path that goes along the lake which is really pretty and sunrise and sunset. The hotel staff are also so very nice, and polite.

The service from all the staff is exceptional! They always greet me with a "welcome back!" I had some excess luggage, and they helped me roll all 30 fl down to the airport bus. I really enjoy this boutique hotel.

Excellent Hotel. Lots of shopping options nearby, has a park nearby for recreation and can view Mount Fuji on a good day. Location wise it isn't Central Tokyo but it is 15 minutes away from Shibuya. Do note that the Tokyu Den En Toshi Line towards Shibuya can be rather crowded during weekday mornings.

Amazing views and convenient location

We stayed for 5 nights as our first stop in Japan and it was a great way to start our holiday. The hotel is located on the top 3 floors of the Rakuten building so when you enter you take the elevator to the 30th floor for reception. The hotel location is extremely convenient - 5 minutes from the train station and a giant shopping centre (with the most incredible gourmet food on the basement floor). The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English so communication was easy or we just used Google Translate to communicate our requests. The hotel also has a complimentary public bath with segregated rooms for men and women. The baths were nicely designed and very clean, definitely recommend taking advantage of this feature of the hotel. Our favourite part was definitely the view from our room. A few additional details: - there was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee, however this did not affect our comfort at all as there are so many convenience stores around if you want a drink either early in the morning or late at night - the room comes with 2 pillows only. We asked reception for extra pillows and an extra blanket and they promptly brought them down - no iron in the room but we asked reception and they brought us an iron and ironing board - there is a currency exchange machine at reception as well. The exchange rate is better than you would get at the airport.

The parking structure is underground. There are 2 sides to the building, the hotel side and the work-space side. The hotel side has 3 elevators. 2 elevators get you to the 30th floor where the reception desk is located, however, 1 of those elevators get you to the parking area (so if you come down the left elevator and need to down to the parking area, you need to exit the elevator on the 1st floor, select the down button and enter the elevator on the right). Once you reach the 30th floor and check in, you have access to another elevator that is only accessible to hotel guests. That elevator takes you to either the 28th or 29th floor by access of your hotel room card. The 29th floor houses vending machines, a microwave, 2 washer/dryer combos and an ice machine, as well as, a public bath for men, a separate public bath for women that utilizes a separate key card for. The rooms was a small but decent size. The room lights for the entrance and room side are on the bedside table. There are 2 magnets on the backside of the door what you're supposed to put on the front side of the door if you want the cleaning staff to come in and throw the trash, change the towels, or both. We didn't realize those were magnets until day 4 as they look like they're fixed to the door. The restroom light is located outside of the bathroom door. The room does have blackout shades that you have to pull down which was great. The headboard has lights on both sides and outlets in them as well.

Mooie schone kamer, met prachtig uitzicht vanaf de hoge verdiepingen. Niet een hele grote kamer maar alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Engelse was ook prima te communiceren. Ontbijt was matig, wel lekker maar weinig keus.
