(1,356 reviews) Breakfast wasn't included so can't rate. Room was ok, a bit too technical with controls that really weren't needed, like mood lighting. We had an accessible room, which wasn't required but that's not a problem. The chair in the shower needs a good scrub, get a brush on that, it had dirt underneath. Despite heating being turned off -or so I thought - it was hot and cold all night. Bed was comfy though and the hotel is very central. Would we stay here again?
