“The staff was amazing. The ladies at the check in were fun and helpful. My room was clean but somewhat muggy. It was cool in the room so I turned on the heater and the smoke detector went off from the burning dust in the heater. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. I fixed it myself but shouldn’t have to. They have removed all of the coffee pots in the rooms claiming the desire to be more ecologically friendly. Yes, they have a sign telling you that coffee is available in the lobby or you can go……

We were actually visiting Rockford for family events and found this gem just 20 minutes away that several of our households stayed at. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.”

“Everything was clean and maintained and got the job done. Unimpressive but practical. Areas of improvement: are Front Desk Staff needs to be better at communication and being helpful, also there was a literal BAT in one room and a hornet in another. Unfortunate situations that could be improved with better maintenance of the building overall.”
