“I got locked out of my room the morning I was supposed to leave before check out time. I went down with my key card for coffee and when I returned to my room, I could not get back in. I had no phone or keys with me because I was just going for coffee. I sat in the lobby after I called the number instructed to call for lockouts for about 20-30 minutes and then I called it again. An employee picked up and told me where to find the emergency card to get in. This is a wonderful place to stay, but……

“Good value if just sleeping. Booked garden room, then given the golf room. Had looked forward to the statue.”

“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good. Breakfast was not what I expected, cold cereal and waffles was the main breakfast. ”

“My wife and I were travelling from Alberta to Ontario, on day 3 of a multi-day drive. This was the third hotel that we booked through Expedia, with the previous two being amazing. We arrived at around 8 PM local time - tired from an almost 10-hour drive from North Dakota. As we walked in, we noticed immediately that the hotel was dated and the air quality was poor. We checked in with the help of the hotel's general manager (Mr. Patel), it was swift. We were given a room in the third floor, and……

“I didn’t like the wet dirty towels laying out in the hallway piled up by residents doors. Shower not attached correctly. Cheap bathroom doors.”

“The gentleman at the front desk with the beard is fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and he is one of the most respectful and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in the service industry. He single handedly has caused me to repeat business at this hotel and I will continue to do so as long as he is employed.”

“Super clean hotel and rooms, helpful staff, nice gym and good breakfast. Quiet. The pool was small, but it's indoors. Would definitely stay again.”

“The room door (which is an outside door) seemed flimsy enough for a 5-year-old to kick it it)…felt unsafe. Beds were lumpy. Carpeting needs replaced, as did the broken toilet seat. ”
