“It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a good location. The place was clean-ish, but could be more clean. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, which made for a damp smell and a humid area to get ready for the day. Barely any extra amenities like linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. There is a washer and drier but no laundry soap to use. An ok place to stay in a pinch, but not my first choice.”

“Convenient to my organized bicycling tour end 4/26 at Hampton Inn Elizabeth City (other hotels in the area were fully booked). Noisy — only 40 meters away from busy hwy US-17 and a high-pitched sound that seems to come from the room’s fridge/freezer; Bring earplugs. “My 3 adult daughters and their spouses/significant others stayed here for a family funeral. Found it to be exactly as described online. Location is fantastic and allowed everyone to walk to everything Edenton has to offer. Beautiful old home that feels like Edenton. Would definitely rent again. “The property was everything we needed. Clean, organized in the kitchen with plenty of gadgets, pot, pans, coffeemaker and wonderful teapot.We enjoyed staying here and would stay again in the future Plus, the house allows dogs (didn't bring ours)with a fenced in backyard.Close to downtown. Walkable. Lovely property!!!”
