“The extras are really nice. There is games to play in the front as well as the lobby. Yummy popcorn and plenty of coffee and cocoa. They have an electric car charger and very modern conveniences everywhere. Definitely plan to stay again when I visit Outer Banks again.”

“I was pretty sure that this was the place where I would die. The pictures online are definitely a lot better than the actual property. The room that I was in was heavily perfumesd with cleaning products. After the cleaning product wore off I realized that they were trying to cover a different scent. Despite all of the negatives of this place the customer service was excellent and it had very close access to the beach. The parking situation was a little sketchy especially if you got back late at……

“Nice staff, great location, but the place is full of mosquitos, all kinds of bugs, and even snake... Can't feel the safety after seeing that and checked out quickly... ”

“1. the elevators were out almost daily 2. There was mold in the bathtub stall 3.The bathroom was in a separate room next to the sink--there was a light in the bathroom, but none over the sink--very difficult to shave. 4.We stayed 4 days, and never had room service 5. What amenities?? There were none 6. Considering that it was cheaper than some other hotels-- I guess we got what we paid for!”

“Great place to stay right near the beach and Janette’s pier. We have stayed here multiple times on vacation. The only downside is parking. People going to pier fill up guests parking spaces.”

“Had a great experience! Nicole at the bar and food did amazing and was super nice!! Only thing was the wifi was a bit tedious, you have to reinput the information in every single time you come back from exiting the hotel, and the parking was a little tough just cause there were some bigger trucks parked on the sides overnight and had some trouble squeezing in, but nothing bad at all! Would stay again :)”
