"We did not use the pool, but it looked inviting. Our view of the gulf was amazing. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony and looking at the view and listening to the waves hit the shore."

"I thought I booked a nice resort for my husband, my 1 yr old and I, its more like a pretty motel 6. The front desk was very friendly but once I found my room, which is outside by the way, the key didnt work my husband had to hike back to the front office three times. They informed me if there was any smoke at all in the room I would be charged $250. Which I’m fine with I don’t smoke. Well that night I woke up smelling smoke and freaked out, apparently the person next to our room was smoking outside our room and there is a big gap at the bottom of our door so anytime someone smokes I could smell it. Very frustrating since I have my 1 yr old with us. People were loud until 1am the walls are paper thin you hear everything! If your looking for a nice resort this isn’t it. The breakfast is a joke the same watered down eggs and hard pieces of bacon you get at a cheep hotel. I didn’t feel safe. Gave me the creeps"

"It's a pretty old property and very dated rooms. The room was really dark too - definitely needed more lighting. The carpet was filthy. Walked around in my bare feet and they ended up black."

"Staff were super professional and accommodating. The park was relaxing and they hosted a few events. Great job to the staff for all their hard work."

"Entering the hotel you’d think it were clean. The sheets and pillows had stains on them and we had to wait for someone to come check us in for about 15 minutes no sign was left telling us someone would be back just no one there. I have really bad allergies and my skin broke out instantly when I laid in the bed like the sheets weren’t clean. One of the staff members was really nice the others seemed upset that we wanted to check out early due to us not being comfortable and needing a wheelchair accessible room."

"This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00. However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). The sink was very slow to drain, and there was water under the sink on the floor numerous times even though I put a towel down to soak it up. The soap products in the shower needed to be filled, plus the shower floor was very unsafe as it was so slick. We did report this to the man on duty when we checked out and he logged them into a notebook. Also, there was no phone in the room, so my husband had to go downstairs to get a staff member to come up and get the tv to connect. Both days my husband had to go downstairs to get our door key card reprogrammed. They told him that it was because we had it next to a cell phone. We did not. On a positive note, the room was large and clean, as well as, the lobby, and eating area. However, we will seek out another hotel to stay at when we come back to visit relatives. "

"Excellent service, temperature-controlled pool with lazy river, covenient bar caffe, restaurant and gift store in the property. Giant Chess available in the pool deck was a plus for my college son. To our surprise, the 2 queens room has the independend spaces like a separate mini room with one of the bed and dresser with TV and small living room space."
