“Had a great time here! It’s located in a nice quiet area within a short drive to the beach and businesses. Fort Walton has a lot of free public beach access spots. We were surprised by the beautiful views of the bay at the condos! The condo was clean and comfortable. Didn’t hear any noises from neighbors which was nice. We didn’t hear from the host until the day of our check-in, but after that she was helpful and gave us everything we needed to know. ”

“We were just having a girls weekend. This location allowed us a waterfront view without the cost of staying by the beach. The place was clean and there was adequate space for the three of us. The ONLY downside was the neighbors seemed to have to slam their door to shut it. It was a small thing tho. I would book here again if i return to the area.”

“There are roaches in this property. Roaches crawling on the wall while we were sitting there watching TV. Roaches in the dishwasher when we opened it to clean the dishes. After the trip, I called the property manager before I left this review. He said he was aware of the roach problem but said I was only threatening him with a poor review to get money back. I told him to keep the money because anyone who tries to book this unit needs to know, this property is infested with roaches. If we were……

“Location and property outside the condo needs a lot of work. Inside was nice. Needed a better cleaning. I cleaned the vent in the bathroom so it would work.”

“Everything was amazing, in the unit you will find everything you need, easy access especially with children (parents will understand me). Very close to most beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, very good location, we will definitely return!”
