It’s not the Four Seasons, but you’re not paying for that. However, it’s clean, comfortable, modern, convenient and in a good location for both food and transportation. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. I’ll stay there again.

Grear staff, clean rooms!
Everything is great but the sound from adjacent rooms can travel through walls. These sounds can be bothersome during sleep. The hotel has an open view which looks over the Sai Ying Pun MTR Station and has one of the most convenient locations you'll ever want for everything HK island has to offer. Overall, I'm very happy and will stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located although the surrounding area was not great. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and spacious. Very close to public transport, MTR and buses. At no stage did we feel unsafe in the area.

The staff was very helpful; they paid attention to who are in and who are out. When we asked them to order a taxi for the next morning, they did so without delay. We appreciated what they did. The room is kind of roomy for Hong kong. Clean and well maintained, there are lots of restaurants nearby. Very convenient.

I really liked that you could walk everywhere and be so close to the ferry terminal. The bedding was great. The room was clean and I felt safe there even though it was a poor neighborhood. People were friendly and nice. The staff were very helpful! USB POorts, three, in the room which was very convenient.

Staff are very helpful to assist my Stayhomesafe APP in order to meet the HK governments medical surveillances requirements. Location is very good. Just a few minutes walk to all types of transportation. The only thing that I don't like is this property is lack of other facilities.

Our room was very clean, pretty small but convenient and had everything we needed. The staff were nice and friendly. They explained how to reach the starting points of our excursions and even waked with us to show our way. There was no microwave in the room, but we were allowed to use a microwave on the 1st floor any time we needed to warm up our food. The hotel is pretty expensive, but everything is expensive in Hong Kong. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and to piers where our tours started. We would recommend the hotel to our friends.

Clean, modern hotel with lovely friendly staff. Twin room was a very good size and had a large bathroom. Very convenient for the MTR and some good food choices nearby. Would stay at WE hotel again in future.

In general the property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. A front desk staff, Jimmy Cheng is the best! His customer facing skill & service level are flawless. He takes ownership of his job, he would contact hotel guests to tie up loose end before he takes off for the day. During my 7 day stay at this place, Jimmy has been my goto person. Thank you for making my stay in your hotel feels like home!

A very good hotel.
It is a very good hotel, very clean. it is relatively spacious compared with other hotels in the same district. It would be better if the front desk is upgraded to a better look like a modern hotel and if the staff can wear a semi formal uniform. This will improve the image of the hotel.

I love the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the metro stop and many restaurants and shops. This type of hotel is best for a self-sufficient traveler who carries their preferred toiletries with them. I kind of liked how skinny the hotel was with only having 4 rooms per floor. I didn’t hear any noise from any other guests on my floor and slept well.

Large, clean and no frills stay
Although this is a no frills option, with no breakfast facilities, no bar or general lounge area, and only one person sat in a tiny lobby for the welcome, it serves excellently as a spot for someone just looking to sleep in the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom themselves are very large for Hong Kong, I’m very good condition and are kept very clean. The service was efficient and pleasant. The area the hotel in is full of cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants, and is very close to the Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Some slight downsides are that the mattress is very hard (although you can get used to it eventually) and the coffee tray includes only instant white coffee, so if you take your coffee black then you have to go out and buy your own. Overall I would certainly stay here again.

Loved this hotel, greeted by the staff and felt very safe and looked after the room is spacious and very clean, the area has the local public swimming pool and a lovely park (Sun Yat Sen) is near to the hotel, lots of local restrants and the hotel has a deal with a local coffee shop. The tram stop 15E /84W Eastern street is at the end of the road, the trans are great for looking around. The Metro is Sai Ying Pun Station exit A1... This area is bustling with people in the day time and the area has a lot of international dried fish sellers, so be open minded and look and learn. Out of the four hotels I have stayed in in Hong Kong this was by far my favourite, great location, great value for money, clean and safe.

Basic hotel and hotel room. Clean and was good for our four-night stay. The hotel is well located close to the train and getting to other parts of Hong Kong, although the immediate area is not the most "happening" part of Hong Kong nor has the most aesthetically pleasing buildings.

At 6am the fire alarms went off in the entire hotel. Had to run barefoot down 14 floors of stairs in fear of getting trapped in a fire. It was raining outside as 2 fire trucks arrived and entered the building. I waited downstairs with other guests. Turns out one guest was smoking in his room, THis is a no smoking hotel but if the entire hotel gets emptied and the hong kong fire department turns out each time this happens seems a problem the hotel management needs to address. Don't fancy running down several flights of stairs on my business visits to hong kong so although the hotel was good its not worth the exercise every time some idiot decides to light up.

Good for HK standards.
The location is really good, close to subway, tram and bus. The hotel offers no amenities, and the room was quite small, which is probably a thing in Hong Kong. I don't know if the hotel was fully booked, or what, but we got a suite for disabled people, so all the appliances were placed below the average height. Not a big hustle tho. Apart from that, it was alright.

A good price for a couple of days in HK. Clean room in a busy neighborhood close to MTR and comfort food. Location in the old part of town with old building invoking images of '30s NYC. But perfectly safe as there are ex-pats living in the neighborhood, as well as niche coffee shops run by ex-pats. PS Rooms are small and without room safes.

Lovely clean hotel conveniently located
Lovely clean hotel, friendly reception staff, nice rooms with good facilities. The location isn't visually appealing BUT it's ideally located for walking to the ferry terminal (15 mins), tube (3 mins), and central / mid-levels.
