“This is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the lake access and kayaks across the street. It's a short drive to hiking and biking at the state park and wildlife refuge. Restaurants and antique shops are 25 min away in Jefferson. We cooked all but one meal here using the grill and well equipped kitchen. “We had the BEST time! I was very impressed with the accommodations and cleanliness. Our family enjoyed fishing, the hot tub, and all of the special little amenities Bella Vista had to offer. The area is "true nature" with high-speed country roads lined with tall trees, general stores, and deer sightings right when you enter. Highly recommend a stay for anyone that's looking to disconnect - but, still have all they need to have a good time.”

“We had a group of 4 couples. We loved the location and the property. We will make this an annual trip for our group.The floorplan isn't really detailed in the ad but we loved it. Two bedrooms downstairs and one up. Bunkbeds kind of in a dark corner downstairs, no door. One bathroom down and one up. The kitchen, master and living is on the second floor.
