Love the proximity to grocery, restaurants, free shuttle to Winter Park. The shuttle stop was literally on property. Staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend to others.

The property was dirty as of someone else have been there and it had not been cleaned or prepared when I call the property manager it was like change the sheets yourself and I'll refund you the cleaning fee. The only reason I I chose Expedia because

You’ve come a long way! I worked at Winter Park in the 70’s and early 80’s. Fraser was a notch on the map back then. It has become a booming metropolis
