Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. ”
